AUTOMATIC CARTONER MACHINE ROBOLOAD

This DGT Automatic Cartoner Machine is equipped with a high speed 6-axis robot, which is equipped with conveyor tracking function allowing to pick products from a stationary location and load them into continuously moving cartons on the fly. The products are blister-type pouches which are fed from integrated friction-type feeders. The magazines of the feeders are available for manual loading by operator while the machine is running. The cartoner assembly is equipped with a rotary carton feeder, a carton pre-break system, mechanically synchronized carton minor and major management actuators, followed by mechanical STE/RTE fold and tuck system at the output.
