The machine utilizes a peristaltic pump system for precise liquid filling, paired with a servo-controlled dip-tube alignment actuator and a dedicated servo retorquer for exact cap tightening. Optimized for hazardous environments, this specialized system features an intrinsically safe, explosion-proof optimization incorporating a pressurized control enclosure, pressurized conduit wiring, and fiber optic sensing to ensure no exposed power wiring inside the machine frame. Complete with an optional wrap-around labeling system on the output conveyor, this fully enclosed, programmable monoblock delivers a seamless and secure packaging workflow for volatile liquids and chemical products.
